David, how do you set up the link to show the video player in your post? I tried and tried to do that earlier using the WordPress help feature and got nowhere.
Ah, it’s a little tricky. In the Add New Post screen, you’ll see two tabs to the right: Visual and HTML. You MUST be in the HTML tab; if at any time (even after you post) you click into Visual with embedded video code, you will lose it.
Anyway, when in the HTML tab, you can post embed code. Just go to the “Share” link below most any Youtube video, choose “Embed” and copy and paste the code into your post. That’s it!
Thanks… I think what I did was swap back to Visual to try to use the little “Video” doohickey in the tool bar. Sigh, counter-intuitive design.
