Rosebank FTW

At Dosa, a very nice San Francisco Indian restaurant, for my boss’ wife’s birthday, I found a bottle of Rosebank 21 year old Scotch, single-malt of course. Apparently the distillery is no more, and that is a pity, because this is sinfully good stuff. Nose like a Cragganmore, smooth and sweet on the midpalate, and a light burning finish that goes on forever.

If there is one thing I’ve learned in my 42 years, it’s this: if you find something precious, treasure it, because it will soon be gone.

Decent Scotch at this place, and it’s a hosted bar tonight. Oh my.

Happy Birthday, Bonnie!

Dosa is a very good place. Went there about 2 months ago, can’t wait to go back.
