Now this is the proper way to follow a fine Boomershoot, as Dave the RNS Staff Photographer messaged me on his roundabout way back to Michigan:
“…it’s Saturday May 7 and I’m in Raton, NM at the NRA Whittington Center. Just finished banging ‘The Great White Buffalo’ at 1124 yds. (in clearing at center, just into tree line) Hooyah!!”
Congratulations Dave, especially for getting on target at 1k with no spotter! Nice shooting!
