I’m sorry, pal, but saying Democrat legislators in your state running away to hide is “a perfectly legitimate part of the process” is pretty much an automatic disqualification for the Republican nomination. I had high hopes for Mitch Daniels, but this level of cluelessness about the political landscape and how it’s changed in the last few days just doesn’t cut it.
the activities of today are perfectly legitimate part of the process. Even the smallest minority – and that’s what we’ve heard from the last couple days – has every right to express the strength of its views and I salute those who do.

Well, there are two kinds of party politicians…those who are and those who aren’t. Evidently, the GOP party line doesn’t suit this guy.
Frankly, I’m fed up with both parties. Their one-size fits all politics leaves no room for THOUGHT. I’m registered Independent, and have been for years.
