Why I Donate

Post-McDonald, the battle for our gun rights will be fought at the local and state levels. California’s a target-rich environment and well-crafted litigation and political pressure will reap dividends for the rest of the country as it will create legal precedents.

Case in point: Richmond, California was just forced to reverse its ban on high full-capacity magazines (h/t: The Packing Rat).
If you’re needing to donate some funds to a tax-exempt nonprofit before the end of the year, the Calguns Foundation is a great place to do it. Please DONATE if you can.

After our donations to the animal shelter my wife chose, my next thought was: Soldier’s Angels – but they pulled in $113K+ in the fall push alone without any Gunblogger help, this might be just the ticket.
