I’ve known some pretty decent bullshitters in my time.
But this report from the Obama Administration’s Recovery.Gov site is head and shoulders above those guys.
It shows that nine jobs were created because the Corps of Engineers of Campbellsville, KY spent $890 of the Stimupalooza program on nine pairs of boots.
These are the numbers the CBO had to work with. Which is why their report is only a stack of rough TP.
