The human waste that is suspected of ambushing and murdering four police officers yesterday, Maurice Clemmons, is supposedly currently wounded and holed up in a house in the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle.
A robot is being sent in to see if he is still alive.
Mike Huckabee is a Christian Socialist who deserves to take his place both in prison and in hell for believing that the human waste “found Jesus” while in prison and so commuted his sentence.

After an 11-hour standoff in Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood, Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said police have searched the house and did not locate Maurice Clemmons, suspected of gunning down four police officers in a Parkland coffee shop Sunday morning.
A handgun was also recovered from the crime scene in Parkland, say police. Troyer said an arrest warrant has been issued for Clemmons for four murder charges.
Negotiators had been trying to communicate with Clemmons, 37, using loudspeakers and explosions to try to prod him from hiding. At one point, gunshots rang through the neighborhood, about 30 miles from the original crime scene.
“We have determined that in fact he has been shot,” said Ed Troyer, a spokesman for the Pierce County Sheriff. “He may be deceased from his gunshot wound.”
SWAT teams were methodically searching the home, which police say has multiple dwellings.

Your quote from the article about his past is incorrect. I don’t find any mention that Huckabee thought he found Jesus. He cited his age as the reason for the commuting the sentence.
As usual, there’s enough blame to go around without mis-quoting things. This guy was a nutcase from the start and should have stayed in prison.
Huckabee commuted so many sentences while Governor that the citizenry attempted to amend the state constitution so that he couldn’t do so without legislative approval.
He was infamous for commuting sentences of prisoners who he’d heard had “found Jesus”. I’m not quoting anyone, I’m just following the logical conclusion of his known behavior.
Clemmons’ “age”, really? And you’re going to believe that? The guy was 32. If you’re going to seriously consider age for a commutation, then you do so for octogenarians, not pre-midlifers. Huckabee is covering his ass.
And Huckabee is still a piece of shit Christian Socialist, any way you slice it. He was before this and he’ll be so after this.

I don’t like Huckabee. But you guys need to direct your wrath at the officials in Washington State. From the Times:
Clemmons had been in jail in Pierce County for the past several months on a pending charge of second-degree rape of a child. He was released from custody just six days ago, even though was staring at seven additional felony charges in Washington state.
Huck may be a fool, and he was wrong 9 years ago to commute his sentence and making him eligible for parole, but Huckabee being a Christian Socialist isn’t the big problem here. Pierce County may be criminally negligent for letting the goblin out of jail, and ultimately, THAT is who oughta get the lion’s share of the blame.

Pirece County wouldn’t have ever had to deal with Clemmons if Huck wouldn’t have been a dipshit.
The County was following the law, having to release Clemmons after Arkansas released their warrant for his arrest and he posted bail for the charges he was being held for here.
So, if we’re going to blame anyone, it is going to be Huckafuck and Arkansas.

Not letting Huckabee off at all. He was wrong and he screwed up. But blaming him for this guy is like blaming the first bar that served the drunk a beer and ignoring the last bar that not only sold him but helped him start his car in the parking lot.
Were the child rape and cop assault charges not from Washington State?
Yes, they were from WA, but he’d made bail on those and was only being held due to an outstanding warrant from AR, which, when it was rescinded, Pierce County had to let him go.
The law worked in his favor and that is how he got out of the PCJ.
The Fox “cover Huckabee’s butt” people have latched onto a bad fact: they’re constantly saying that the WA jusdges let him out on $15K bail.
That’s just flat wrong. The bail was $150K, and the perp’s family used a bail bondsman, “jail sucks, inc” to put up $135,000, while the family put up $15,000. The bail bondsman is now on the hook for the full $150, under WA law. It’s up to them to collect the $15K from the family, but good luck, they’re all in the bucket themselves, now.
