RNS Quote of the Day: 06/10/09

If I knew whether or not he’d given the Obama campaign money, I’d call it buyer’s remorse.

Like many Americans last November, I voted for change. I had hope. I no longer have hope since the president I voted for never mentioned a fraction of the agenda he now espouses. I did not vote to lower my standard of living, humble as it may be. Nor did I ask to jump into the economic abyss in order to “save” the planet.

Someone was listening to the words coming out of Obama’s mouth (aka: the contract language) but not watching the actions or the background movement (aka: The Fine Print).

  1. Gerry N. says:

The Large print giveth and the Fine print taketh away.

With His Dusky Holiness the Obabmassaiah there are tons of fine print to every ounce of large.

It is my fervent hope and prayer that the Fiddytooers reap the bounty of the Dusky One’s fine print in generous measure from the beneficience of His Dusky Holiness, his Minions and Ministers.
