Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell: Part 2

Back in February I linked to Jim @ American Mercenary’s post about how the I Corps Commander at Washington’s Fort Lewis was asking him about his firearms.

Now it seems that MauserGirl is having the same issue at Fort Campbell, KY.

What is it with some folks and power?

    Restricting arms on base is not new of course, USAF was on board with this in barracks in the 70’s but you could check them out from the arms rooms at any time, just had to return them when you were done. Not sure about base housing but seems to me arms could be kept in private base housing with registration. Off base? Never and alot of gun bunnies moved off base as soon as they could to get away from these regs…
