Attaching a boomer to a highly frangible object seems to require that the boomer be hit on the first attempt, or else the frangible object will just be blasted to smithereens by the bullet anyway.
Let’s just put the toidy out at 700 yards, minus it’s tank, and have at it sans boomer, or maybe put the boomer in the tank.
