I have in-laws living near San Luis Obispo. Now I have another reason to visit. This range looks pretty cool.
At 5:44 there’s a nice sequence of shots on the 500-meter pigs. Notice how you can see the mark made by the bullet strike on the steel pigs. That’s because they spray-paint ’em white. I learned that lesson back at the Bower Shooting Clinic.
That sequence also shows mirage pretty clearly. And of course the beautiful golden California countryside.
