The Right to Keep and Bear the Military’s Standard Sidearm, and Variations Thereof

…we always had it. Now everybody knows we have it. UPDATE: Well, not quite. Scalia explicitly destroyed the interpretation of Miller that suggested the 2nd Amendment protected only firearms with a military use. That’s not a bad thing at all.
