When Bush took office, the price of gas was $1.44 a gallon.
The Congressional Repubs forgot that their base doesn’t like to be “governed” and turned into Democrat-Dopplegangers.
This lasted for six years. During that time multiple attempts to open up ANWR and other oil drilling sites within our borders was tried, but was always defeated by the Democrat minority.
When the Democrats too over in 2006, the price of gas had risen to $2.10 per gallon.
$0.66 in six years.
Since the day of their swearing in ceremonies, the price per gallon of gas is now at $4.04 per gallon.
$1.94 in one and a half years.

90% of our oil is still in the ground, unavailable for drilling, thanks to one political party (two if you count the lack of testicles of another).
40% of our Natural Gas is also unavailable to us by this one party.
Those who love making $135 and up per barrel love the Democrat Party.
If you didn’t sign the petition yesterday that demands Congress Drill Here, Drill Now, today would be a good day to correct that error.
