I agree with Sean

I want to hug my air conditioner. I want to give it a foot massage and a scalp massage and feed it peeled grapes from a silver salver and clasp its head to my chest and whisper that it’s the only thing in this world that I can rely on to have my true happiness at heart.

And it’s only the beginning of June.

Except I can’t because the damned thing broke on me. Forced insomnia because it’s TOO EFFING HOT to sleep is not fun.

My sympathy – we just broke out of a 110 deg heatwave here in Virginia!

Sorry guys… we’re fresh out of sympathy down here in Arizona. 😉

You Kali folk are always after some of our Oregon water, but this year we’re having a surplus sale of summer days in the FIFTIES. come and get them, Dr. Sorohktin says we’re not going to run out of them anytime soon.

I’ve only had my HVAC on cooling mode 3 days so far, and on those days, the compressor didn’t run 12 hours. We’re going to have a “warm spell” in the 70’s for the next five days, before we go back to rain and the 50’s and 60’s.

BTW, if you have any goats or sheep having a hard time foraging, send them up here also, my yard’s a foot high in sweet bluegrass, and still growing.

Mine also broke on Saturday Morning. My neighbor loaned us 2 window units. Then 2 days later his AC broke.

So I went to Home Despot and picked up a unit on wheels. GRRRRR….

We got at Trane unit put in 5 or 6 years ago. It has broken every year at least once. Sometime Twice… Glad Trane gave us a 10 year warranty. We are sucking Trane Dry…

Oh and the AC people were supposed to come this morning… No show… We called and they said this afternoon… It is 4:30… Not looking good…

Mid 60’s and cloudy – for the umpteenth day – but so far today, no rain. Again this morning we turned the heater on. Brrrrrr and Grrrrrr!

We’ll take a bit of your heat wave and you can have some of our June cold dampness. Never happy are we?
