You’re downtown with the wife (taking full advantage of your CCW, of course) when you find that there is an eco-socialist protest going on that you didn’t hear about beforehand. You’d like to leave and avoid the loons, but the wife insists that this “shopping†must be done, so you continue on with your day out.
Though you try to stay out of the main contingent of freaks, they’re all over the place and your sinuses are hit with wave after wave of patchouli funk. Not too long into your adventure, one of the freaks wanders up to you carrying a squirt bottle and he proceeds to spray you both.
Now, the protest is blatantly “anti-pesticide†and if you had the time to ask the guy, he’d tell you that the contents of the bottle are poison.
A fist to the face is a given, but what, if you were told that the bottle contained poison, more would you do?
If the fist stopped his spraying, nothing more can be done. At that point he is no longer a threat.
However, if he had sprayed me and I had thought it poison, it would have been a double tap and not a fist. I’d have already been poisoned, but I would have believed that he would have continued his spree if not stopped with force, and being poisoned I’m not going to assume I’ll be physically able to take him.
Well I can’t OC him he’s wearing a decon suit.
Unless, of course, his eyes are uncovered. Then he’s fair game.
