When you let both sexual predators and immigration go unchecked.Â
Since the night of the 4th of July, we here in the Seattle/Tacoma Metro area have been searching for 12yr old Zina Linnik. She was last seen behind her home in the central Tacoma area after the fireworks display.
Last night, she was found. Her corpse.
Police have one Terapon Dang Adhahn in custody. Adhahn is a known child rapist. He is being held on both an unrelated immigration charge and a charge of failing to register as a sex offender for the 1990 violent rape of a 16yr old female relative. He was allowed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of 1st degree incest with the total sentence of 60 months of “sexual deviancy couselling”.
Adhahn is residing in the US with an unknown immigration status, though since he is being held on an immigration charge, I think it is safe to say that his visa is probably expired.
Why Adhahn is even in the US is a mystery to me. You would think that INS would have thrown his ass out in 1990, when he plead guilty to “incest” charge, or in 1995 when he completed his sentence. Or maybe the new ICE would have deemed him criminal enough to round up and toss back.
But apparently not.
They didn’t, and now a 12 year old girl is dead, after suffering what was probably an unspeakable ordeal.
One thing you probably won’t read about in the media anywhere, unless Stefan Sharkansky of Sound Politics gets a Drudge hit is that Adhahn the felon, Adhahn the child rapist, Adhahn the non-US citizen has been registered to vote in Washington State since 2002.

I couldn’t agree more on your opinions about illegal immigration. It needs to be brought under control now. Over a third of the inmates in our jails and prisons are illegal immigrants. Why do we put up with this?
I’ll bet he’s registered as a Democrat somewhere, also.

Or perhaps go to jail in his place; after all, new meat is always appreciated in prison.

Merle, Not to jump all over your case, but prison rape is no joke, and I wish the prison authorities would do something about it. Jailhouse queens should be separated off into their own little pink sector, or horsewhipped whenever they are caught, either is fine with me. We put criminals into prison to keep them away from the public and to give them a chance to reconsider their “lifestyles”, and when they’re allowed to victimize other inmates, the system is broken.
Otherwise, I agree with all of the above.

Considering what he probably did to her BEFORE he killed her, I can’t find any sympathy for that sort of people.
