I’d like to make a correction

I saw an error in the Seattle Times the other day which I would like to correct at this time.

The original intro to this article:

As part of their campaign to soothe an anxious middle class, congressional Democrats are preparing legislation that would significantly expand federal aid to the most obvious victims of the global economy: workers whose jobs move to other countries or are lost to imports.

How it was actually meant to read before the leftists who write and edit the local papers got ahold of it:

As part of their campaign to use your tax money to bribe people into voting for them, congressional Democrats are preparing to pay for the chosen lifestyles of modern day buggy whip manufacturers.

Sorry, just had to fix that. It was bugging me to no end.

Don’t certain of these esteemed legislators employ buggywhips in their private leisure activities?
