Not only are they brainwashed, the “animal rights” dweebies can’t even get their facts straight

Animal rights activists who claimed responsibility for vandalizing a western Pennsylvania business last week to support an Oregon prisoner apparently weren’t aware the business hadn’t sold furs for about 20 years, police said.

Nobody has been charged in the attack on Linda’s Fashions and Fur Salon in Geistown, Pa.

The Animal Liberation Front took credit for the June 14 attack, according to the North American Animal Liberation Press Office Web site, which is linked to the ALF’s site. The group claimed a cinder block was thrown through a front door and the letters “ALF” were spray-painted on the building.

Geistown Police Cpl. Terry McGrath said he’s heard the activists were taking credit for the attack. “I think these people assume they sold furs, which they didn’t, as far as I know, for the last 20 years,” McGrath said. The business now sells only dresses and other fashion accessories, he said.

The animal rights group said on its Web site that the attack was “carried out in solidarity with Earth Liberation Prisoner Jeffrey Luers.”

Luers was sentenced to prison in 2001 for setting fire to three SUVs in Eugene and an attempted arson at an oil company.

Idiots carry out an attack “in solidarity” with another idiot. Never a winning combination.

But hey, it was violent. And in their mind, if you are angry, you are righteous. Anger begets violence, thereby “violent” is the epitome of “righteousness”.

Unless, of course, you get violent with them. Your anger could never be righteous. You just hate nature.
