One of the advantages to living in WA is that when you see a red light cam, you can complain to the state dept. of transportation that the yellow light there is too short ( it always is, it’s the first thing someone installing a red light camera screws with ), and they will fix it, or order the local jurisdiction to fix it.
Once they make that finding, tickets generated are no longer enforceable until it is fixed.
