I’ve been slacking a bit (OK, a lot) in announcing that Random Nuclear Strikes will be making a Staff Event Trip to Boomershoot in a little less than a month.
For those who don’t know what Boomershoot is, hie thee to the above link with swiftness, and be amazed.
The itinerary is yet to be confirmed, but one way or the other, David will be driving from Kaliforniastan to my place, picking me up and we will be motorvating to Orofino, Idaho, home of the one and only Boomershoot (wouldn’t that be cool to see on the “You are entering Orofino” signs?).
We’ll be staying at the ever wonderful Trib’s Place Bed & Breakfast with the gentleman Trib and the lovely Kenda.
The line up for a spot on the firing line at Boomershoot in currently at capacity (with a waiting list), so if you will also be attending drop us a line here and we’ll make sure to do the hook-up.
There may be an additional announcement in this regard in the near future, so do check back on our status.
In the meantime, I need to drag my ass to the range for some much needed practice.
I think Kirk’s comments to Ben about the brass may indicate that he’s attending Boomershoot this year. Kirk?
Ah, silly me. Kirk posted about Boomershoot 2007 back in November. It will be nice once again to see the Barney-killer sticking out like a sore thumb (but an elegantly painted one) amid all the green grass.
