I’m fighting a nasty sinus infection that’s now migrated to my chest, so I haven’t been paying attention to what’s been on the tube lately. I just slogged into the kitchen to take my meds and try to eat something and noticed my wife was watching the Super Bowl on the NFL Network. Yes, the Super Bowl from this past Sunday.
I made a comment. “Go ahead and watch the news while you eat,” she giggled. “I already watched it again yesterday.”
How I love her! It doesn’t take much to make her happy. She got a Manning jersey for Christmas, too.
Next year we have to decide about that NFL Sunday Ticket thing.

David, have you tried saline nasal irrigation? I have had sinus problems for years, and irrigation has done wonders for me. The notion of putting salt water up your nose may sound revolting at first, but you get used to it, and it provides lots of relief from symptoms. Helps break up and pass the congestion too.
