A teenager refused to tell police why he shot and killed a fellow student at Henry Foss High School, saying, “I can’t tell you why, I don’t want it in the news,” According to a probable cause statement filed Thursday.
Douglas Chanthabouly, 18, was expected to make an initial appearance in Pierce County Superior Court later in the day. He was charged with first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Samnang Kok, who was shot near a row of lockers just before classes were to begin Wednesday.
Though the murder took place in Tacoma, Seattle Mayor, Greg Nickles, didn’t even wait six hours before hitting the microphones along with SPD Chief Gil Kerlikowske and Special Agent Kelvin Crenshaw, who heads the Seattle BATFElchers office.
Kerlikowske, who hates firearms so much that he wasn’t wearing his duty weapon on December 26, 2004, when it was stolen from his official police vehicle, and Nickles, who would pass an Seattle-wide AWB in heartbeat if he legally could, both stood up and called for the state legislature to pass the bills we spoke of here a couple weeks back from professional gun-bigots, Senator Jeanne Kohl-Welles and Senator Adam Kline, that would ban scary looking guns, close the non-existant “gun show loophole”, and mandate “safe-storage”.
Never mind that these ideas would have zero-to-no impact on any of the crimes mentioned by the Three Fuckstickateers mentioned above in either this article from the local ABC affiliate or this article from the Seattle PI, the mayor and the PD Chief want their gun control now!
And never mind that according to the FBI’s own data, 70 Million new firearms have entered the market since 1991 and crime saw not an increase, but a 38% DECREASE.
They, and Ceasefire Washington (our local Brady Bunch affiliate), now have their sacrificial lamb and they are going to try and ride his corpse all the way to the state capital and into the homes of every gun owner in Washington State.
There’s a fourth fuckstick, that being the shooter.
Notice that they both have Lao names? This is going to be (1)a Lao criminal-gang thing, or (2) a Lao-style vendetta over a woman, I’d bet good money on that. As to why the lad chose not to reveal his gang affilliation, that is probably upon the advice of his lawyer.
The shooter’s one remark that bears on the case was that while he didn’t know the victim personally, he knew of him. That would indicate to me that the shooting was done to raise the status of the shooter in a criminal gang.
It seems strange that the press has not jumped on the probable gang angle. THAT tells me that they have been contacted by the anti-gun authorities and agreed to sit on that angle while the authorities used the crime to further their anti-gun purposes.
Unless she has an unfortunate birthmark, the shooter’s mother, who was on TV also, has a gang-style “tear” prison tattoo below her eye. That tattoo is supposed to indicate that she personally took the life of a gang enemy. Or, since it looked red and fresh, maybe she is celebrating the work of her son.
Stay on this one Phil, it looks like it will devolve into just another gang-bang.
As to your poxy anti-gun leaders, I wish them all ill health from exploded colons.
