Thankee, All

Thanks for the feedback on that RNS server based vid yesterday. I’ll try a few things with the converter program and try it again in the near future.

As a follow-up reward for the help, here is another video that I found at Jerry the Geek’s place that anyone who likes to watch trick clays and/or Benellis will like.

I also blogged up a storm, so if you get to the bottom and haven’t read the post about Florida vs. Boise State, hit the “Next Page” button.

Also, an update for the weather report from yesterday, everything was hunky-dory in Seattle until around 0430, and then it came down wet and fluffy in buckets and then melted. I left work and it was fine until I got off the freeway. Down in my end of town, it was a bit ugly, but my Yokohamas took care of business rather well.

Tonight and tomorrow, however, is when I’m expecting great ugliness with compact ice just about everywhere. But we’ll see.

But down here in Thurston County, the schools are going WHOOPPEE !!! I think school was in session on Monday and yesterday – today they’re closed for, oh my God, SNOW – we got maybe an inch and a half, max. I’ve been out and about and there was no reason to close those schools today. It’s sloppy and wet. Maybe later in the afternoon when/if the freeze hits this could be justified and we all know the schools don’t shy away from early outs either …. but, looking further.

In todays Olympian’s “Lacey Today” section, I notice the North Thurston Public School Calendar. Guess what? Friday, Jan. 12 is a “Professional Day, no school – and Monday, Jan. 15 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, no school. Any bets on whether there’ll be school tomorrow? HAHAHAHAHAHA

Give those hard working people a raise! Again, HAHAHAHAHA
