How she can still stay in NYC.
For those that don’t stop by Alarming News regularly and haven’t heard, Karol walked into her corner drug store the other night and into an armed robbery.
Apparently, NYC Mayor Bloomberg, along with his less-than-legal attempts at entrapment, will be trying to fight crime by cutting the number of people who have concealed weapons permits.
To which Karol replies here with her usual cutting wit:
It’s funny, the guy who was robbing the Duane Reade didn’t have his weapon concealed at all, and I surely doubt he has a permit for it.
It is lucky that Paul Sorvino was in Vermont when he had to use his pistol to hold his daughter’s violent ex-boyfriend at bay until the police arrived because, as Alphecca points out here, Sorvino’s NY permit is expired.
