Damn, She’s Quick

Pelosi hasn’t even been Madame Spearker for a week, and already the country is improving!

Income Gap Not Growing, Data Shows

The gap between rich and poor — a rallying cry for some congressional Democrats wanting to increase mandates on business — isn’t really growing that much, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau.

From 2001 to 2005 — the last year data was available — there was virtually no statistical change in income inequality, based on a statistical test by the Census Bureau, requested and released by Congress’s Joint Economic Committee.

The data came out amid calls by the new chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) for the federal government to work to reduce income inequality by requiring companies to pay higher wages, provide better employee health care coverage, and empower unions.

Wow! She stopped the “income gap” from growing! WITH HER MIND!

What will she do next!?!

167,000 Jobs Added to Payrolls in December

Employers stepped up hiring last month, boosting payrolls by a healthy 167,000 and keeping the unemployment rate steady at a still historically low 4.5 percent. Workers’ wages grew briskly.

The latest snapshot of the nation’s employment climate, released Friday by the Labor Department, showed that the jobs market ended 2006 on a strong note and provided fresh evidence that the troubled housing and automotive sectors aren’t dragging down employment across the country.

Holy Toledo, Citizen!

Did you read that? Historically low unemloyment! The jobs market ended strong in 2006!

Just the thought of Pelosi as Speaker of the House and the jobs market snapped right to attention!

Thanks Nancy! You’re so wonderful! I want to have your babies!

OK, so it is really just the MSM bias, and especially the AP, putting words and phrases in their economic reports that they had locked away for six years. But you get the idea.

Of course she is the savior. The MSM’s theme for the next year or so will be to establish a cult around The Pe-loser, and I’m sure plans are being written to try to transfer that phony adoration into support for the annointed presidential candidate, or maybe even for a run at the POTUS job by Pe-loser herself.

To counter these plans, all we have to do is keep up an effective harassing fire on the Pe-loser herself, and mostly ignore all the sideshows. If we succeed, folks will get real tired of the Botox Bitch real quickly.

    According to Drudge, they’re taking a hard-earned long weekend…
