The Soundboard: Get Your Christmas On

And now, with Christmas less than three weeks away, it is time (actually, past time) for the traditional RNS exposition of Christmas/Winter Solstice bagpipe tunage.

Now don’t get on me about including “Winter Solstice” in the above. Odervise we’ll just end up in a discussion of how some long-dead Pope compromised with the pagans to convert them, and no one here wants that.

That, and the origins of some of this tunage is older than you could ever know and is sung in a language much older than the bastardized one you’re reading this in.

So won’t you enjoy.

Since I’m overdue with this, Soundboard postings will be more frequent than usual so I can get more out before the day.
