Memory failing.
That is the only excuse I have to offer as to why I forgot to post up new tunage yesterday. I was waiting on a reply email that never arrived and then I got distracted in its abscence.
Oh well, this is more a weekend sort of tune anyway.
As I was parusing the blogosphere during The Soundboard’s downtime I came across a video post by JimK at Right Thoughts of an old Queensryche video. Jet City Woman, if I remember correctly. It reminded me that I had lost their CDs in the great storage unit deluge a few years back, and off I went to the music disc sales place to replace it.
While I was there I found a couple of other discs which also I needed to replace, which is why I usually shop online now, where it is easier to ignore the temptation of multiple purchases.
One album I picked up was The Essential Iron Maiden, much to the wife’s dismay. To say that it stayed in my changer for a while would be just a mild understatement.
So, for those who need a touch of metal today, I give you
