You’ve gotta be fooking kiddin’ me

So I’m running through the left wing blogs last night on my lunch break and I keep seeing posts about this supposedly racist ad being run by the National Republican Senatorial Campaign in the race in Rhode Island.

Sadly, the IE browser on the work computers won’t run any on-line video (and I can’t upgrade the browser or switch it to Mozilla either), so I cut and paste the URL and take it home with me on my thumbdrive.

I just got home and I just watched it and you have got to be fooking kidding me.

Go here, burn their bandwidth, and watch the thing and tell me what is racist about it.

For those without the will to click, the entire subject of the ad talks about some idiot mayor who OK’d the acceptance of Mexican Metricular Consular cards, perhaps the most easily forged piece of psuedo official government ID on the continent.

If it is racist to say that the acceptance of Mexican MC cards is a bad idea, then I guess that the majority of people in the US are racists.

This whole slew of charges against Republicans, calling them racists, from George Allen to the guy in Florida to now this is just a big bowl of horsehockey. I’m somewhat hoping the left keeps it up so that the public tires of their ‘the Boy who cried racist’ act by November.
