I was reminded of a funny story by this story in yesterday’s Seattle Times,
Prostitution sweep targets Aurora
No, it’s not what you’re thinking, it’s even funnier.
Around the end of last summer, the King County Sheriff’s Dept. was working a prostitution sting on their portion of the same stretch of road, which is also called Pacific Highway or Hwy 99.
I was talking to one of the officers who was working on the sting and he mentioned that a few days previous they had one of their decoys get picked up by a guy, and after working out a price, she got into his car and was directing him to the spot where the other officers were waiting.
The John made mention that he liked her smile and in reaction she smiled nice and big for him. He then slammed on the brakes, almost sending her into the windshield, and said the following,
“You have all your teeth. You’re a cop! Get Out!”
You’ve got to be a pretty frequent customer if you know that ‘real prostitutes’ don’t have all their teeth. Of course, hooking doen’t usually include a Dental Benefits package, so it stands to reason that they wouldn’t, but damn.
Yes, the woman had a mic on her and yes they have it on tape and yes still busted him.
I have not heard if they’re buying fake bad teeth for the ladies to wear in future stings. Knowing the new Sheriff, there won’t be money in the budget for it.
