The Good News is that I have already received a couple of entries in the e-Postal Match.
The No-So_good News is that SSGT Walter Gaya was wounded by an IED in Mosul.
Walter is THE Walter of the Walter and Adam Fund started by Kim du Toit to send needed items to the 1/24 Recon guys after meeting them at Boomershoot 2004.
As you already probably know, Adam Plumondore was killed by an IED in Mosul in mid-February.
Walter is doing as well as can be expected, recouperating at Landstuhl with an eye injury and a knee tendon injury, and will be coming home for rehab and what looks so far to be a full recovery.
Kim is asking to for spare cash to send items to Mrs. Gaya.
