You see, it was a Vancouver, British Columbia Police ‘Bait Car’.
This guy went on a rampage and then got out of the vehicle AND STOLE ANOTHER ONE because the department’s “Procedural Rules� wouldn’t allow them to shut the car off and lock him in.
Oh yeah. Sure. Canada is so much safer than America.
