I heard one of the teams won. Big surprise there!
Here on the west coast, the game started around 1500-1530. That is what is known as prime weekend sleeping time for a guy who works nights.
I am kind of miffed that I missed some of the commercials though. But that is OK, I can watch most of them on the internets.
My favorite one so far is the US Army one that takes place in the airport.

Did watch the super bowl (no caps, game sucked) at a large party. When that ad came on, the exited babble in the big party room I was in died down. You could have heard a pin drop except for the sound system. There were 60 people in the room, and I would say that not more than a dozen of us were veterans. Everybody hushed. No other ad got that result.
I guess I’ll have to buy a case of Bud now, even though I don’t drink much of their beer.
Yeah well, the majority of the US military consists of white males….diddn’t see many of them in there.
