Coming back to bite him

Squarely on the ass.

Looney Leftie Mayor of London, Red Ken Livingstone is seeing a side of anti-hate speech legislation he never thought he would.

Livingstone refuses to apologise

Ken Livingstone yesterday risked transforming a local drama into an escalating crisis as he refused to apologise for likening a Jewish newspaper reporter to a concentration camp guard.
With three Holocaust survivors sitting in the public chamber at City Hall and in the face of pleas from his political friends and foes, the London mayor said he could not withdraw remarks he made to a London Evening Standard journalist because to do so would make him a “liar”.

With condemnation mounting, the Board of Deputies of British Jews yesterday formally reported Mr Livingstone for investigation by the government’s local government watchdog, accusing him of “gross insensitivity”. The involvement of the Standards Board for England raises the prospect that Mr Livingstone may be censured or suspended. But, confounding observers who believed he was ready to make amends, Mr Livingstone stood firm, claiming he had been the victim of a 24-year hate campaign by newspapers, particularly Associated Newspapers, publishers of the Evening Standard, and the Daily Mail.

Sorry Ken, you cannot claim hate of your person in legislation, for it would be true fascism to penalize anyone who doesnt like you.

But that is truly what the left is going for.

So it is a swing and a miss for Red Ken Livingstone. Lets see if he gets his wickets knocked down on the next bowl.
