That you hadn’t heard there is a large and ongoing increase in the number of Cuban immigrants attempting to make it to our fair shores.
Apparently, they’re assuming that what with our President getting all gropey-feeley with the Castro brothers, the “Wet Foot/Dry Foot” policy may very well change soon, and they want to get while the getting is good (or should that be “while the arriving is good”?).
Can’t say I blame them. It sounds very likely to me as well. Our Chief Executive cannot abide someone who has given up on Socialism so soon.
