Robert Wilcox, RIP

Thank you for stopping the drug-addled, police-ambushing bastards and their murderous rampage in LV.

After the shooting, police say the couple took the officers’ handguns and ammunition and fled across the street to a nearby Walmart. There, police say, Jerad Miller fired off one round and told everyone to get out of the store. At some point he allegedly yelled, “This is a revolution.”

According to police, Walmart shopper Robert Wilcox, 31, was carrying a concealed weapon and confronted Jerad Miller. Wilcox was apparently unaware of Amanda Miller and when he walked by her to confront her husband, she shot him in the rib area.

A shootout with pursuing officers ensued, during which Amanda Miller “took her handgun and fired several rounds into Jerad,” McMahill said. “At that point Amanda took her handgun and ended her life with one gunshot to the head.”

Even though I cannot stand next to you, I will stand with your courageous spirit and will help your family in any way I can.

I can only hope you get some press coverage. The above excerpt was all I could find in the last 24 hours.

Yup. Most of the news story comments are about how “useless” his gun was, and how it didn’t save anybody, he was just a yahoo who died foolishly, etc., etc. Yet they overlook how often a mass shooting ends at the spot where they first meet resistance, either with a suicide, or not moving further than that, dieing on the spot where they “hunker down.” Looks like the last two deaths were a murder-suicide by the two nut-jobs. It all likelyhood, he *did* save lives, possibly many.
RIP, Robert. Hope you are in a better place, now, and you can’t see the scum that gunned you down anywhere nearby.
