Getting Back to Business

You probably already saw Uncle’s little e-yard sale going on over the weekend. In a similar vein, I also have some gunny stuff that will be for sale in the not too distant future.

Unlike Uncle’s selection, I do not have a few items that will all fit in a shoe box. I have a couple of 16 gallon tubs with locking lids full of stuff.

Also unlike Uncle’s sale, my plan is not to post it all here (though I may do some package deals with the more choice bits). I will be renting a couple tables at a few of the local gun shows (Centralia, Puyallup, and Enumclaw) this March/April.

So keep tuned in for that in the upcoming weeks once I get it all sorted. Prices are likely to be stupid low (plus shipping, if you’ll be needing it shipped) because I seriously don’t need this stuff. Some of it is for firearms I no longer own and some of it is stuff I’ve upgraded from, and I need the space, so it needs to go.

I am also looking down the tunnel at a bright light that should contain a remarkable quantity of reloading stuff from an unnamed source. Most likely older stuff, but since I don’t have it in my hands, I cannot say exactly.

I may need a hand or two behind the table at these gun shows, so if you’ve ever wanted to get in early (and stay late) at a gunshow, I’ll post that info later as well.

And speaking of going to the shows, I was at the Centralia show on Sunday and now have everything I need to load up some very special cartridges for a work in progress. Patience, grasshopper. Think “and you’re going to put that in front of your face” and you’ll be near the answer.

Rumor has it that there’s a good market for gun stuff in Texas. Or, so I’ve heard.

I’ll be lookin’ for when you post that list, and expecting to part with some cash, withal. Gotta feed the addiction.

Gear and lil’ fiddly bits that fill in the gaps on the workbench and range bag can be treasures in and of themselves.

I’ll have to burn a very nice seegar, whilst I wait.
