Packing the Pack

Not sure what to take camping, or how big of a bag you need, or what you’ll need for what environment?  Then check out Campmor’s BackPack Checklist!

Good place to start when putting your bug-out bag together, as well.

One Response to Packing the Pack

  1. Orsonroy says:

    Bugout bags are dead simple:
    1) Join the Army (or Marine Corps if you’re into S&M).
    2) Buy all of your own personal LBE gear.
    3) Serve four years or more, preferably as a EM, and preferably in a “kill people and break things” MOS. Learn to pack for the field for 3-5 days stay (more than that and society is screwed completely, and you can’t carry everything you’ll need for the rest of your life, so don’t worry about it)
    4) Once you become happy civvie boy once more, keep your crap.
    5) Buy two firearms in standard calibers to go with said crap (.45 ACP and .223 of course being faves).
    6) Done! Keep all of the said crap N’ guns together and THAT’s you’re bugout bag.
