Dry since 1832. Really?!!! Seems the problem goes back pretty far. I wonder if they have ever considered that the cause could be the sedentary lifestyle of the reservation culture?

The beer companies and local venders are no more to blame for alcoholism than #2 pencils are to blame for cheating on tests.
