Tunage

You’re about to get eaten by the zombie hordes. You’ve prepared, but there are more than you every possibly imagined. Sorry.

As you load your last mag into your chosen weapon, what song comes up your MP3 player/IPOD?

Blaze of Glory by Bon Jovi

  2. Mollbot says:

Heather Alexander – March of Cambreadth

“Let not one damned cur pass by; how many of them can we make die?”

  3. glenn b says:

I’ll pass on that one, I would prefer Psycho Killer by the Talking Heads.

  4. dagamore says:

More Human then Human! By White Zombie! (like i would need music to get my heart rate up at that moment.(but it needs to be loud to be heard over the M14))

  5. Rivrdog says:

So, when that last mag is gone, you draw your trusty claymore and wade in. That calls for some stirring pipe music. Actually, the Scottish National Anthem will do quite nicely… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EavpIelNHZ4&feature=related

  6. Mark says:

    ‘The Trooper’ by Iron Maiden

  7. Bram says:

“Meet the Monster” by Five Finger Death Punch. If I’m still alive at the end, it will go right into “Death Before Dishonor”.

Rivrdog, I’ve seen “Scotland the Brave” mentioned as a de facto Scottish anthem… also “Flower of Scotland.” But never “Ghosts of Culloden.” Gorgeous song though. Fitting for a doomed last stand I suppose. Though I am an American mutt, uncles on both sides of my family have put a great deal of work into our genealogy. I can trace my maternal grandmother’s ancestry to Clan Hamilton.

Depends? Does the universe go into Zach Snyder-esque synchronized slow-mo as I dual-wield my 1911s into the hordes of the brain-eating undead? ‘Cause it if does, then it’s “For Those About To Rock”.

Otherwise, it’s “Bodies” by Drowning Pool.

“Roland, the Headless Thompson Gunner” by Warren Zevon.

  12. Cuerno De Chivo by Los Huracanes del Norte

    Hmm, excellent question.

I suppose I’d want to go out in an ironic, self-referential manner, and since I’ve always been a big fan of juxtaposition, I must choose “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” Because really, if I’m going to die, then dammit, I’m going to die smirking at my own cleverness.

  25. Crotalus says:

“Duel of the Fates” by John Williams. It was played when Qui Gon Jin and Obiwan were fighting Darth Maul in “The Phantom Menace”. Probably the best slaying song I’ve ever heard.

  26. sofa says:

    “Twilight Zone”, Golden Earring.
    Live. Raw. Long version.

‘Running-man’ Bass line. Frenzy on top. Lyrics.
