IKEAHack blog admin removes gun related post

Because people bullied him into it. It’s his blog, so it’s his right to do that, but it’s a shame that he caved.

Here’s a pic of Ry’s hack. He did the same thing, probably for the same reasons. As for the d-bags not liking the hack and pressuring him to take it down, I wish he had the balls to tell them to F-off.

My comment is below (in case of reasoned discourse);

My dear grandmother suffers from arthritis, and has a similar .22 caliber pistol for home defense. She lives in a bad neighborhood, and can’t shoot anything larger due to her wrist surgery. I thought of her immediately when I saw that post, as it would have made her handgun easier and safer to operate, so I sent her the link to the post. When she replied that it didn’t work, I thought she had somehow navigated wrong (she’s not very tech savvy), but I never dreamed I would find this obscene display of bigotry from an ikea hacks blog.

For shame.
