At RNS Blogstation: Firebase Blue!
It all started one day at The Wife’s place of employ.
A couple of her coworkers remarked at how much they did not like her sweater. Repeatedly.
After the friendly ribbing, The Wife replied on how she liked the sweater and that if they’d like to back up their opinions with some less-than-mortal combat, she’d like to stuff a pie in each one of their faces.
And they both accepted the challenge.
Fast forward a couple weeks and into our kitchen, and it was on!
This is the process about halfway through.
I had to stop taking pictures after this so that I could restrain the three from having the fight actually inside the kitchen.
Two dozen full-size and almost three dozen half-size pudding pies, and after moving the three outside for their free for all and this was the result.
Note The Wife on the left in the “offending” sweater.
Then, your friendly blogger got to hose the three of them off (yay for me!) before they stripped down to hit the showers.
You too could have this much fun. Just instill upon your missus that this is the proper way to resolve disagreements between her and her friends.
I’d have loved to stand at a safe distance (as I’m sure you did) and watched these kids play ! What a hoot.
