Among the hors d’ouevres yesterday were these amazing little sausages, about an inch long, dry, tasty and with a long spicy finish. Fantastic with a good Pinot.
Took me eating about ten of ’em to figure out somebody chopped Slim Jims into party-sized chunks.

Actually that looks alot like the little spicy meat things my wife bought me from Cabelas — they came in a big vacuum sealed pack. VERY spicy, I can only eat about 5 at a time.
I guess after a few bottles of wine, everything tastes like slim jims.
