I was almost killed at work last night

By David Dayden of FireDogLake

I mean, what is my reaction supposed to be when I read this line?

A year and a half of studiously avoiding the name Bush has really injured efforts to tie Republicans to the past like an anchor. A new poll shows that the GOP has achieved a break from the Bush legacy, despite carrying basically the same ideas.

What haven’t the Democrats blamed on Bush over the last 18 months?

I fell out of my chair, almost crushing my skull on a filing cabinet, and was rolling around on the ground laughing so damn hard at that sentence that I just about hyperventilated. Thankfully, a coworker showed up, reminding me of where I work and that laughing was against company policy.

When will the left accept that it is their policies, plus the Bush policies, that has a goodly portion of America wanting them to STFU make a hasty exit?

    You have forgotten something.

It is ALL the democrats policies. They took the house two years before Bush left office.

That’s when things started to slide downhill.

All spending bills originate in the House.

Things won’t turn around until we clean house, and senate.
