Flexible Solar

I’m still of the mind that utility scale wind are solar power is a waste of money & resources, but home scale is very doable.  And a new technology might help bring home scale solar a lot closer to that easily affordable price tag that could make it ubiquitous.

    The biggest problem with both of these concepts is how do you store the power for use at night or during windless times?
    Battery packs are still pretty much it and not all that efficient.

    Which is why these are best for residential applications. Solar power at home can reduce load on the grid during the day, and if the home owner has a battery system, they can run off those for a while at night.
