My wife drug me along last night to Alice in Wonderland in 3D IMAX. My review of that is: great acting and visuals (being 3D IMAX) but the story was pretty blah. Let’s just say that the funny moments weren’t funny.
But, my real reason for this post for the trailer of Tron 3D. Anyone over 30 got pretty excited in the theatre when it played.
Disney won’t let me embed the video. But, click the link, make it full screen and 720p. Hopefully, you all have an IMAX theatre somewhere near you!
Darn. I was hoping Alice would be decent… or, at the very least, live up to the computer game of the same name (which is asking a lot, I know, since American McGee was not involved in the film). Still, you will probably find me in a theater showing it sometime this week…
And you will definitely find me in an IMAX theater in a few months…
Nice… Not so sure about the 3d part though…
