But yeah, Bushmaster can go suck donkey dong. There is a reason I don’t have them on the sidebar. If they were there, they’d be delinked this AM.

    I blame Cerberus. This is simply the holding company’s attempt to fatten their bottom line and raise their stock price on the backs of AR gunnies.

    Obviously, no one at Cerberus is a gunnie, or ever read a gun board. Gunnies are people who know value, and few will buy a $3000 AR.

    BTW, being a Garand offshoot, the Ranch Rifle is a better design, and for $3000, you can get Accuracy International to build you a custom one in just about any caliber you want, up to .50 Beowulf. If the round will fit in a short action, AI will build a mini-14 around it.

    That custom carbine would have all the bells and whistles, too, for that money.

    Nope, write this failed experiment off.
