Issues

I’m currently having one.

I had to do a System Recovery from a harddrive backup on Saturday. Everything went well enough but the Network Controller decided it didn’t want to join us on the other side. Hence, I am without Teh Intarwebs on the Blogging PC and have reverted to Ye Very Olde Laptop.

Seriously, it still has links to Spoons and Aaron the Liberal Slayer in Explorer’s Favorites and has never had Firefox Installed. It still cruises around well enough, but just takes some getting used to. I’ve always said it was the Eldorado of Laptops (and not just because of the wood grain wrist pads).

David has been kind enough to take over posting duties today, as you’ll see below.

I’ve spent way too many hours on the phone and in chat with folks in India uninstalling/reinstalling the Controller and its driver and renewing IPs and am afraid I’m going to have to take it to a pro this morning. I hope to be back up and running by Wednesday and will keep y’all updated until the RNS Tacoma Blogstations in operational.

That is all. Have a nice day.
