The loaded chamber indicator discussion has Tam writing world class snark.
We can only hope for a brighter tomorrow, when we look back on this era of mandating hardware solutions to software problems and laugh.
I long gave up hope on a “brighter tomorrow” on a number of firearms topics, including LCI’s. My muzzle flash during low-light drills is about the brightest thing I can still count on these days.
Sorry, I fail to see where snark fits into this issue.
It isn’t really even a political issue of gunners vs. anti-gunners.
This issue is all about product liability lawsuits, and the slimeball attorneys who bring them.
Snark is out of place when dealing with slimeball attorneys.
Get a rope.
I scribbled on this a bit myself, at:

Software is always easier to fix than hardware.
I also a former Marine. It’s not an accidental discharge, it’s a negligent discharge. Nuff said.
