NOT the Supreme Court, just the Court of Appeals. And this was a bad case with a bad plaintiff and a bad attorney who was way out of his league.
Eventually we’ll get a better ruling. Got bigger fish to fry at the moment. (incorporation, shall-issue CCWs, Killing the handgun roster, etc. — not to mention dealing with the deflection of Gorski’s stupid appeal by the unfortunately risky move of an en banc review of Nordyke.)
