Credit where it’s not due

There’s blaming the opposing politcal party for the nation’s problems in a logical and sane way.

And then there’s the leftosphere

With unemployment now at 9.4 percent and still rising, it’s understandable that both the White House and voters would be concerned about how effective and rapid the stimulus will be. People are hurting and they need help, especially jobs, now.

But the Times article proceeds to quote disingenuous Republican criticism of the stimulus’ progress without mentioning their party’s destructive role.

Yes, you read those aspersions correctly: The reason The Stimulus isn’t working is because the Republicans opposed it.

According to the report published last February by the Congressional Budget Office, we’d be in the beginning of a slow recovery today without The Stimulus. But thanks to the Pelosi/Reid Congress, we’re sinking faster.

Do try to not punch the next Keynesian you see in the face. Like Liberalism, it is a mental disease.
